HR Director (remote)
You'll earn a commission per each new hire client who is completing their remote weekly EightBurst/Corporate Client new hire phase, and you'll earn a commission per each new client who is completing their EightBurst Onboarding Acceleration or Professional Improvement program with you remotely using EightBurst systems.
Your individual revenue share commission is paid at a rate of up to 30% of weekly remote obnoarding/improvement programs and up to 15% of weekly programs co-administered by a VP of Training amd Development live in the client's District, depending on the organization's share level and depending on your individual performance tier and on the client's enrollment option.
Reference Verification and Referral Sourcing
If qualified, you may be paid overrides on all referrals on which your sourcing activity results in onboarding an new hire to one of our client organizations, specific to that organization's compensation share arrangement for contracted Recruiters. If you are qualified, you would hold an additional contract authorizing you for such.
INDIVIDUAL REVENUE SHARE TIERS:
5 star: 15% commission (star level reached when your 14th client has began training with you and 8 sourcing referrals are onboarded)
4 star: 13% commission (star level reached when your 11th client has began training with you and 5 sourcing referrals are onboarded)
3 star: 11% commission (star level reached when your 8th client has began training with you and 2 sourcing referrals are onboarded)
2 star: 9% commission (star level reached when your 5th client has began training with you)
1 star: 7% commission (star level reached when your 2nd client has began training with you)
0 star: 5% commission starting revenue share
Once you achieve a higher star rating you maintain it the whole fiscal quarter* as long as minimal performance goals and minimal production goals are maintained for that star level's classification**.
*Quarter 1: Jan, Feb Mar; Quarter 2: Arp, May, Jun; Quarter 3: Jul, Aug, Sep; Quarter 4: Oct, Nov, Dec.
** To maintain achieved performance tier for the following quarter, all agents must have an average PER (Performance or Effective Rating) of 80% or higher and the following number of clients processed and approved by EightBurst in the current quarter: 5 stars must have 14 clients, 4 stars must have 11, 3 stars must have 8, 2 stars must have 5, 1 stars must have 2.
** To maintain achieved performance tier for the following quarter, you must have an average PER of 80% or higher and the following number of new sourcing referrals are onboarded in the current quarter: 5 stars must have 8, 4 stars must have 5, 3 stars must have 2, 2 stars must have 1, 1 stars must have 1.

Vice President of Training and Development
As a Field leader in your District of new hires onboarding in your assigned Client Organization Department, you'll receive and have leadership responsibility of up to a 40% Division commission in your district per each new Onboarding Acceleration client and/or Skills Improvement client who is completing their live in-person EightBurst/Corporate Client Onboarding Acceleration or Professional Improvement program with you in your local District.
Your Division's revenue share commission is paid at a rate of up to 40% of the EightBurst commissionable revenue, depending on your individual performance tier, and on the client's enrollment option. As Division Vice President, along with the authority of the Goodstars Executive Director you are responsible splitting your Division's revenue share commission among your choice of other members from within your local District to work as a sub-contractor of your Division in the:

As Division Vice President, along with the authority of the Goodstars Executive Director you are responsible splitting your Division's revenue share commission among your choice of other members from within your local District to work as a sub-contractor of your Division in the:
- Training Assistance and/or Production Hosting
- Location/Venue arrangement
- Audio/Video Recording and Live Stream Production
- Post video editing
- Content formatting and linking to approved websites and sending to approved media
