Our Human Resources Directors help with certification approval, onboarding, and support for the new hires of our corporate clients.
You'll earn an flat rate per each new hire you're onboarding, plus earn stock in our pre-IPO partner corporation for each minute you're working with our organization. All of our active team members are currently earning $100,000+/year stock options with GS Partners Inc (http://www.depat.org/102189253) in their first year, (based on post-IPO cash value estimates).
Most work 5 to 10 hours a week remotely, helping to educate and onboard new hires with our corporate clients. If you're performing well, you'll gross $20 an hour plus stock in addition to supplements to their compensation from tasks such as reference confirmations and recruiter follow-ups.
With good performance through your first twelve weeks, you have the opportunity to progress into an associate level stock earning role which includes larger stock options, and an opportunity for an executive leadership role.

- Contract
- Two years of Human Resources experience preferred
- One years of Managment experience preferred
- Prefer the following level of education: Bachelor's
- Your own smart phone, tablet, or laptop with a high speed data plan required
- Must speak English fluently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America (a citizen or hold a valid work visa)
