Role details:
The Vice President of Training and Development is a leadership role of which you'll be onboarding and developing new hires remotely and meeting applicable clients locally in your district. An average performer can annually make from:
$75,000 to $185,000 (not including stock options)

Travel is minimal as aside from quarterly corporate conference meeting weeks, your in-person presence is only required within your local District, yet we enable you to leverage online tools to create, lead, and champion your leadership style to develop others nationally as well. There is also an opportunity, with excellent performance, to move upward into a Chief Executive role with provides higher compensation.

- Revenue shares on applicable clients and overrides on Division team members for operational leadership and weekly production

Expectations and requirements:
- Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance to the Onboarding Team and the Professional Improvement Team. Drives weekly production goals and disciplines and rigor against key metrics and sales strategies. Ensures that the team leverages tools and analytics.
- Collaborate with executive team to strategically analyze opportunities to decrease expenses
- Lead the teams in weekly personal production best practices and assist in leading field marketing and branding efforts. Implement strategic plan across all marketing and communication channels ensuring the realization of our brand mission to drive core competencies, a broader colleague understanding of our brand.
- Develops and implements creative marketing and communication campaigns including advertising, sales literature, trade show/conferences, website and promotional campaigns that support our value proposition and segment specific strategies. Recommends and drives graphic and creative components of the website and SEO.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree preferred
- Previous experience in c-suite or VP level, Business Development, or Operations
- Fundamental knowledge of internet technologies and online systems
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
