Reschedule test

Our organization works via on-demand scheduling, and any changes to your originally scheduled test incur additional labor and system costs. Per your company's grant voucher terms, you may take your test at anytime up to the time and date you originally choose through your employer's test scheduling link. If for any reason you need to reschedule your test, of if you miss your test window, you must request either an "extended certificate" or a "late extended certificate" and remit the applicable fee below. ​If you've taken a rescheduled test without remitting first your extended certificate fee, you will be billed for a "late extended certificate" and your test results, certificate validation, and any benefits or compensation relating to such will not be released for approval to your employer until you have remitted the outstanding balance using the "late extended certificate" payment box below. 

​If it's been more than thirty (30) days past your originally scheduled certification test date, your grant voucher is no longer valid, and your test study materials may have been updated, so you'll have to complete a new certificate enrollment here.
After remitting your employer has up to seventy-two (72) hours to approve or reject your certificate request.
In this event your employer rejects your request, you will be refunded 100% for any fee remitted.
If you are rescheduling AFTER the starting date and time of your originally scheduled test, or if you completed your test AFTER the date and time window of your originally scheduled test, you'll need to request a "Late Extended Certificate":
