*EightBurst Accelerated Onboarding guarantees that as long as you consistently implement your personalized program you will achieve improvements towards your on-the-job goals, otherwise we will process a refund minus any planned, scheduled, utilized, and/or outstanding billable services. Onboard speed is calculated based on a start date of your first scheduled and fully completed onboarding week and 1-on-1 week.
All services are earned upon enrollment and billing, and therefore refunds are not applicable unless otherwise stipulated. Rejected, declined, or missed payments incur a $49.00 fee per occurrence which must be paid within five calendar days from date of failed payment. If unpaid after six days, failed payment accounts may be deactivated and the account holder loses all service rights and when applicable loses rights to "Onboarding Success" sign-on stock shares unless terms have been met. If an account holder fails to provide a notice to cancel their account at least forty eight (48) hours before their next billing they will be invoiced and automatically charged for their normally occurring payment. This includes accounts cancelled due to rejected, declined, or missed payments.
